  • Nestlé SA v Cadbury (Colour Purple), Cadbury UK Limited v Comptroller-General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks [2018] EWCA Civn 2715 (05 December 2018): representing Nestlé before the High Court and Court of Appeal against Cadbury's attempt to register the colour purple as a trade mark.   • Société des Produits Nestlé S.A. v Cadbury UK Limited and The Comptroller-General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks [2022] EWHC 1671 (Ch) (dated 5 Jul 2022) – representing Nestlé before the UKIPO and High Court in connection with Cadbury’s further attempts to register the colour purple as a trade mark.

 

  • FIL Ltd & Anor v Fidelis Underwriting Ltd & Ors [2018] EWHC 1097 (Pat)(11 May 2018): acting for Claimants in a trade mark infringement and passing off action in the High Court and Court of Appeal.

 

  • Worthy Park Estate Ltd. & Anor v Rossi & Rossi SRL (IP-2018-000149): representing Claimant in a trade mark infringement and passing off case involving rum in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court.

 

  • Tinder, Inc. v Feeld Limited (formerly 3nder Limited) & Anor (HC-2014-001037): acting for Claimant in a trade mark infringement and passing off claim in the High Court.
