Rebecca has experience dealing with UK, EU and IR prosecution matters including trademark filing and maintenance across financial services and life sciences.
She is responsible for all aspects of the trade mark administration from preparing and filing trade mark applications to dealing with oppositions, due diligence and reporting to clients.
Rebecca ensures the filing and maintenance of international trademark applications are correctly handled. She assists in processing trademark search requests and ensures documentation and priority documents meet relevant deadlines in respect of multi-jurisdictional filing programmes.
She has a great deal of experience in handling client and local attorney requests, preparing cost estimates and dealing with day-to-day portfolio management.
Rebecca has worked in the legal sector for over 20 years and started working for Maucher Jenkins in 2010. In 2018, she joined the Trade Marks group as a Paralegal.
In her spare time, Beccy enjoys mountain biking, parkour, bouldering, and baking.
