Nicole is an experienced advisor on trademarks, design, copyright and unfair competition law and specializes in intellectual property litigation.


She counsels clients in brand creation and protection as well as IP transaction. This involves providing strategic advice on developing, applying for and managing cross-border IP portfolios and clearing and protecting trademarks.


Nicole is specialized in protection and enforcement of IP rights and other legal positions by way of office actions (German and European Offices) or via warning letters, preliminary injunctions, infringement and cancellation proceedings before the German and European courts. She is an experienced litigator and represents German and foreign companies in national and international legal proceedings.


Moreover, she gives legal advice regarding IP-related contractual matters and she routinely negotiates, drafts and reviews contracts, especially license, cooperation and coexistence agreements. Additionally, she is a

Certified Lawyer for Intellectual Property Law as well as a trained mediator and assists parties in commercial disputes to find an amicable solution.
