Date: 6 March 2017

On 1st March 2017, Maucher Jenkins hosted a reception at the Oxford and Cambridge Club to celebrate the launch of the second edition of Angela Fox's book, The Intellectual Property Enterprise Court: Practice and Procedure.

The successful first edition was published in June 2014. It was the first published guide to handling litigation before the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC), and the updated new edition remains a unique source of practical advice on how to litigate in this increasingly important and attractive forum.

The event was attended by over 80 guests including Lord Justice Christopher Floyd, Mr Justice Colin Birss, formerly judge of the IPEC, His Honour Judge Richard Hacon of the IPEC, District Judge Charlotte Hart and retired Judge Michael Fysh QC, formerly judge of the Patents County Court, predecessor of the IPEC.

His Honour Judge Hacon and His Honour Judge Fysh kindly said a few words at the launch, praising Angela's book for its clear and readable style and commending its practical und useful approach.

The new and updated edition is highly recommended to all intellectual property litigators.
