Successful ipDay on the topic of the Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court

Date: 22 November 2022

As part of our "ipDay" event series, we offer our guests the opportunity to learn about topics related to intellectual property.

This year's Maucher Jenkins ipDay took place on 15 November 2022 from 10am to 5pm in our new premises in Basel as well as online. Our partner and event chair Dr. Cornelius Mertzlufft-Paufler and partner Dr. Michael Nielen, together with our highly esteemed guest speakers Camille Pecnard, partner at Lavoix, and Tankred Thiem, partner at LGV Avvocati, provided exciting insights on the topic from German, French and Italian court practice.

We hold our ipDAY day seminar once a year. We always invite top-class guest speakers to this event, who share valuable experiences from their everyday professional life. In addition, lectures are offered by our patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law.

The event is aimed in particular at employees from companies who deal with IP issues in their day-to-day work. The event offers our guests a variety of opportunities to discuss open questions following the respective presentations, but also in a relaxed atmosphere between or after the presentations. We usually hold our ipDay in the regions of Lake Constance, Ortenau, Munich or Basel.

We would like to thank our guest speakers and all participants, both on-site and online, for their interesting questions and valued feedback and look forward to future ipDay seminars, where both current and fundamental topics will again be on the agenda.
