The second edition of Intellectual Property Enterprise Court: Practice and Procedure, authored by Maucher Jenkins' Partner Angela Fox, has now been published.
The book has been described as a unique standalone guide to the IPEC's streamlined procedures for cost-effectively resolving disputes relating to UK and EU IP rights, including patents, trademarks, copyright, designs and confidential information.
The second edition has been updated throughout to take account of new decisions, recent CPR changes, increased court fees, and guidance on inquiries and accounts.
It also includes expanded sections on the costs caps, Part 36 offers and small claims.
