Our Partner Dr. Michael Nielen, Senior Associate Joanne Ling and Associate Mark Webster will attend this year's 33rd MARQUES Annual Conference in Dublin, Ireland.

 

The mission of MARQUES is to educate and promote the professional development of brand owners in the selection, management, protection and exploitation of their trade marks within a global economy: to create a forum for the free exchange of ideas and information and to provide an effective platform for the representation of their interests.

 

To further this mission the association organises their Annual Conference aimed at bringing the Trade Mark community together for panel sessions and networking opportunities. Topics discussed will include fast-moving regulatory environments, fueled by technological and political changes. There will also be workshops on China, comparative and sponsored advertising, split brands and cultural appropriation.
