Maucher Jenkins Partner Handong Ran named in Expert Pool of Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Office

We are pleased to announce that Maucher Jenkins Partner and Head of our China offices, Handong Ran, has been listed in the Expert Pool of IP professionals named by the Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Office.

In December 2019, the Beijing Intellectual Property Office launched a project to build a database of intellectual property experts. The aim of the project was to enlist the expertise of Beijing’s intellectual property experts, upgrade government’s efficacy in decision-making, promote local technology innovation, and foster a business-friendly IPR environment.

After a series of qualification examinations, preliminary evaluations and reviews, Mr. Handong Ran, was appointed as a distinguished member of Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Office’s Expert Pool, with the appointment duration extending from January 2020 to January 2023.
