Hugh Dunlop
Hugh is a Chartered Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney, Certified IP Litigator and Irish Trade Mark Agent and author of the book "European Unitary Patent and Unified Patent Court" published by the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA). He has over 30 years of experience in the patent profession and is registered representative on the EPO register for over 5000 European patent applications.
Gerrit is a German and European Patent Attorney, German Attorney at Law and European Trade Mark & Design Attorney and one of the few IP professionals in Germany who are admitted as both a Patent Attorney and Attorney at Law. He is very experienced in filing and prosecuting patent applications, handling national and international litigation matters and representing clients before the responsible authorities and courts at national and European levels, including the General Court and the European Court of Justice.
