Overview:

Felix leads the Munich office of Maucher Jenkins.

He entered the patent profession in 1995 following his graduation from the Technical University in Munich, after working as an engineer in the automotive industry in Munich and the aerospace industry in California.

Felix is one of a few professionals to be triple-qualified as a German, UK and European Patent Attorney.

Felix has extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the fields of electronics, information technology  and medical technology, and in acting as an advocate in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office.

The development of patent strategies is a key component of his consultancy work. Felix has already accompanied a number of start-ups from the start to becoming a successful and profitable business by developing their patent portfolio.

Felix interest lies in the patentability of software. He regularly lectures on this topic at the Technical University of Munich.
