Overview:

Andreas Staudigel is a German attorney-at-law with Maucher Jenkins. He advises national and international clients across all areas of intellectual property, as well as in unfair competition and copyright matters. His practice focuses on dispute resolution, in particular patent infringement and validity proceedings.

Andreas Staudigel is a (co-)author of several publications, including articles and books.

Prior to joining Maucher Jenkins in 2026, Andreas Staudigel worked for several years at leading international law firms in the field of intellectual property. He also brings extensive courtroom experience from the judiciary: from 2011 to 2018 he served in Berlin as a judge and public prosecutor. He studied law at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and the University of Rostock and completed his legal traineeship (Referendariat) in Berlin.
