Maucher Jenkins Partner re-appointed as expert of Guangdong IP Protection Association

We are pleased to announce that our partner and the head of our Maucher Jenkins China offices, Handong Ran, has been re-appointed to the Guangdong IP Protection Association (GDIPPA) as an expert, with another appointment duration extending from now until the expiry of the Fourth Council of the GDIPPA in 2026.

Following an initial appointment in August 2020, this re-appointment as the expert of GDIPPA is not only an honor to us, but also a responsibility. We will continue to fulfill our responsibilities by providing professional consulting services and support to enterprises and public institutions in Guandong, and more widely across China, in relation to cross-border intellectual property rights protection and enforcement, and to contribute with our knowledge and experience to the future development of intellectual property rights protection in China.
