Maucher Jenkins partner appointed as advisory expert for China National Advisory Center for Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Settlement

We are pleased to announce that our partner and the head of our Maucher Jenkins China offices, Handong Ran, has been appointed to the China National Advisory Center for Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Settlement as an advisory expert.

This national center has been established to offer guidance to Chinese entities on resolving overseas intellectual property (IP) disputes by assisting them in safeguarding their IP rights overseas and helping to develop a better understanding of the IP systems and rules of those overseas jurisdictions.
